How many requests can I have?
It depends on your plan. Visual Support includes 15 posts per month. Peace of Mind includes 30 — that's daily posting, every day. All plans include unlimited minor revisions until you're happy.
Can I use this for just a month?
Yes — and we actually recommend it. Start with our Trial Week for SGD $150. You only pay after seeing the finished work. No commitment, no risk. If you love it, we move to a monthly plan. If not — no charge, no awkwardness.
What if I don't like the design?
We revise until you love it. No limits on minor revisions. We've never had a client leave unhappy with the final result — and we don't plan to start now.
Do I need to prepare content briefs or scripts?
No. Just send us your photos and videos — raw is completely fine. We take care of the writing, the design, the strategy, and the posting. Your only job is to send us the raw content.
Is there any type of design work that you do not cover?
While we aim to cover a wide range of design services, there may be certain specialized or niche design work that we do not offer. It's best to discuss your specific needs with us to determine if we can accommodate your request or recommend alternative solutions.
